Philip Fleming, Executive Director

Philip founded the Esteem Awards Foundation with a simple but powerful belief: recognizing people for their contributions strengthens entire communities. With a background in marketing and sales, he built his career on clear communication and genuine connection—skills that now shape the heart of the foundation's work.

Philip leads with both strategy and compassion. He cultivates partnerships, expands the organization's reach, and ensures that every initiative uplifts the leaders whose efforts often go unseen but make a lasting impact. Dan Mason, Board Member

Andre Jackson, Board Member
