Philip Fleming, Executive Director

Philip founded the Esteem Awards Foundation with a simple but powerful belief: recognizing people for their contributions strengthens entire communities. With a background in marketing and sales, he built his career on clear communication and genuine connection—skills that now shape the heart of the foundation's work.

Philip leads with both strategy and compassion. He cultivates partnerships, expands the organization's reach, and ensures that every initiative uplifts the leaders whose efforts often go unseen but make a lasting impact. His commitment to celebrating community leadership continues to guide the foundation's mission and inspire its growth

Dan Mason, Board Member

Dan brings valuable experience as a healthcare professional. His work in healthcare provides insight into the challenges faced by underserved and marginalized communities. Dan is committed to supporting community well-being and advancing initiatives that promote recognition and opportunity.

Andre Jackson, Board Member

Andre brings experience in office management and community advocacy. As an Office Manager, he contributes strong organizational and operational skills that support effective administration. His work as an activist reflects a deep commitment to social justice and community engagement. Darryl Ramsey, Board Member

Darryl brings extensive financial expertise as a Financial Consultant and CPA. He contributes strong skills in financial management, analysis, and compliance, helping support responsible oversight and strategic planning. Darryl is also committed to community service and promoting financial literacy. His expertise and dedication help strengthen the fiscal health and long-term sustainability of the organization.
